Booking Details for All Houses:
To make a reservation we require 50% of the rental price at time of booking as a deposit. Taxes are included in the rental amount. The remainder is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date along with the refundable damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy: If a guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% of deposit if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
0% refunded if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
The house links will take you to VRBO where you can check availability and pricing. Remember, pricing on VRBO or any other site will be higher than if you book direct with us as those sites change both you and us a commission. Book direct and save money.
Payment: Acceptable forms of payment are credit card, PayPal, and personal check.
A signed rental agreement will be required of all guests and will be emailed to guests prior to booking.
